Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@thetrailbowlco.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Change of Mind
Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner, we're currently unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. If you have questions before ordering, reach out to us at hello@thetrailbowlco.com and we're happy to help.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Contact us at hello@thetrailbowlco.com to arrange this.

Refunds
Once your refund or replacement is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
